Representative Vezey moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee report with limited powers of free conference, thus adopting CCSHB100, and recommended that the members vote yes. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. The Senate has adopted the Conference Committee report (page 1857 of the Senate Journal). CCSHB 100 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment. The House reverted to:
